Lemon & Rosemary Chicken

Ingredients 3 Garlic Cloves 2 Lemons 3 Stems of Rosemary Method Mix all ingredients together Cover & marinade for a few hours in the fridge Delicious fried on Judge Electric Griddle as demonstrated by Chef Dennis McCarroll (Fine Foods NI) at Wardens Anniversary evening.
