BBQ Chicken Wraps

Serves 4

2 Large Chicken Fillets – Cubed
Meat Lust BBQ Mop Sauce
2 cloves garlic
1 onion
1 red pepper
150g mushrooms
8 Spring onions
75g sweetcorn
75g cheddar cheese (optional)
1 pack of flour tortillas


Marinate the chicken in the BBQ sauce overnight
Fry the sliced onion, pepper, mushrooms, spring onion and crushed garlic until browned then set aside.
Fry the marinated chicken until cooked.
Add the vegetables and the sweetcorn.
Stir thoroughly and let this simmer for 5mins
Heat the tortillas in a microwave for 30 seconds.
Serve in folded tortillas, sprinkled with grated cheese, drizzled with mayo and extra BBQ Mop sauce.


Tip: When frying add some soy sauce and some of Burren Balsamic Vinegar which makes it even tastier!
